be removed or inserted with the ignition in the LOCK START/STOPButton
position(OFFpositionforKeylessGo™).

Place the shift lever in PARK, then press and release

displaya“VehicleNotInPark”messageandtheengine
will remain running. Never leave a vehicle out of the
PARKposition,oritcouldroll.

Tostarttheengine,thetransmissionmustbeinPARKor
NEUTRAL.Pressandholdthebrakepedalwhilepress-
ingtheENGINESTART/STOPbuttononce.Thesystem
takesoverandattemptstostartthevehicle.Ifthevehicle
failstostart,thestarterwilldisengageautomaticallyafter

seconds.Ifyouwishtostopthecrankingoftheengine
priortotheenginestarting,pressthebuttonagain.
