toremoveanyslackinthebelt.

Beforeplacingthechildinthe
seat,forciblytilttheseatforward
andbacktomakesuretheseatis
securelyheldinplace.

Trytopullthebeltoutofthe
retractortomakesuretheretractor
isinautomaticlockingmode(you
shouldnotbeabletopullmorebelt
out).Iftheretractorisnotlocked,
unbucklethebeltandrepeatsteps
twothroughnine.
Checktomakesurethechildseat
isproperlysecuredbeforeeach
use.
