andyourfootonthebrakepedal,
starttheengineandmovethe
gearshiftleverthroughallofthe
gearranges.Allowsufficienttime
foreachgeartoengage.
4. LatchthegearshiftleverinP
(Park)andleavetheengine
running.
5. Removethedipstick,wipingit
cleanwithaclean,drylintfreerag.
6. Installthedipstickmakingsure
itisfullyseatedinthefillertube.
7.
Removethedipstickandinspect
thefluidlevel.Thefluidshouldbe
inthedesignatedareasindicated
bythefiguretotheright.
Low fluid level
Donotdrivethevehicleifthefluid
levelisatthebottomofthe
dipstickandtheoutside
temperaturesareabove10ºC
(50ºF).
Correct fluid level
Thetransaxlefluidshouldbe
checkedatnormaloperating
temperaturesof50ºC-60ºC
(120ºF-140ºF)
onalevelsurface.
Thetransaxlefluidshouldbe
withintheMINandMAXmarks
shownontheindicator.
