Secure the wind shield by passing the rem aining cinch
RaisingTheWindshieldAndReplacingSideBars
To raise the wind shield , install the wind shield wipers,
and install the side bars use these sam e step s in reverse.
strap , found in the glove box, throu gh the footm an hoop
on the center of the hood and on the center of the
wind shield fram e. Tighten the strap to secure the wind -
shield in place.
WARNING!
To help protect against personal injury, always in-
stall the side bars when raising the windshield on
yourvehicle.Ifyoudonotraisethewindshieldand
install the side bars, you lose the protection these
structuralelementsprovideinsomeaccidents.
