BlowerSwitch
ModeSelection
The blow er switch is the rotary knob to the left of the
controls. The blow er speed will increase as the knob
is turned clockw ise. There are four blow er speed s.
The mode selector is the right knob located on the climate
controls. It can be set in any of the follow ing positions:
Off
NOTE:
control knob is turned to the “Off” (“O”) position or the
ignition is turned OFF.
The blow er motor will run until the mode
This position turns off the blow er motor. In this
mode, there may be som e slight air flow from the
floor outlets, side wind ow outlets, and defrost outlet
located at the base of the wind shield .
TemperatureControl
The tem peratu re control is the center knob located on the
climate controls. It controls the tem peratu re of the air
delivered to the passenger compartm ent.
Panel
Outsid e air comes from the outlets in the instru ment
panel. Each of these outlets can be ind ivid ually
adjusted to direct the flow of air. Also, a slight amount of
airflow may be noticed at the defrost outlet located at the
base of the wind shield .
You can choose you r degree of comfort by rotating the
knob. The coldest setting is to the extrem e left (blue
region) and the warm est setting is to the extrem e right
(red region).
