INSTRUMENTCLUSTERDESCRIPTION
Your  vehicle   is  equ ipped   with  the   instru ment   cluster
described   on the  follow ing pages.
4. SentryKeyIndicatorLight—IfEquipped
Refer  to “Sentry   Key  Immobilizer   System ” in
Section  2 of this  manu al.

Voltmeter
Ind icates  available   battery  voltage   and  charging
system   operation.   The  lower  red   zone  ind icates

Ind icates  the  engine   speed   in  revolu tions   per  minu te
(RPM).
Tachometer
that  battery   charge  may  be  too low  to  start  the  engine.
With  the engine   running,  the  norm al  operating  range   is
betw een  11   and  15   volts.  Prolonged    gau ge  read ings
betw een  8-11  (und ercharge)   or  above   15  (overcharge)
ind icate possible  malfunction   of generator,   voltage  regu -
lator  or battery.  See you r dealer  if such ind ications  occur.

CAUTION!
Do not operate the engine with the tachometer
pointerintheredarea.Enginedamagewilloccur.

FrontFogLightIndicatorLight—IfEquipped
This light  show s when  the  front  fog lights  are  on.

TurnSignalIndicatorLights
The arrow  s will  flash with  the  exterior  turn   signals
when  the  turn  signal  lever  is  operated .  A tone  will
chim e if the turn  signals  are  left on  for more  than  1 mile

CruiseIndicatorLight
This  light   show s  when   the  electronic   speed
control  system  is turned   on.
