Changing the wiper blades

Pullthewiperarmawayfrom
thevehicle.Turnthebladeatan
anglefromthewiperarm.Push
thelockpinmanuallytorelease
thebladeandpullthewiper
bladedowntowardthe
windshieldtoremoveitfrom
thearm.

Attachthenewwipertothe
wiperarmandpressitinto
placeuntilaclickisheard.
Replacewiperbladesevery6
monthsforoptimum
performance.

Poorwiperqualitycan
sometimesbeimprovedbycleaningthewiperblades,referto
WindowandwiperbladesintheCleaningchapter.
Toprolongthelifeofthewiperblades,itishighlyrecommendedto
scrapeofftheiceonthewindshieldbeforeturningonthewipers.
Thelayeroficehasmanysharpedgesandcandamagethemicro
edgeofthewiperrubberelement.
MANUAL TILT STEERING COLUMN
Toadjustthesteeringwheel:
1.
Pulldownandholdthesteering
wheelreleasecontrol.
2.
Movethesteeringwheelupor
downuntilyoufindthedesired
location.
3.
Pullthesteeringwheelrelease
controlup.Thiswilllockthe
steeringwheelinposition.
WARNING: Adjustingthesteeringwheelwhilethevehicleis
movingisdangerous.Movingitcanveryeasilycausethedriver
toabruptlyturntotheleftorright.Thiscanleadtolossof
controloranaccident.Neveradjustthesteeringwheelwhile
thevehicleismoving.
