animpartialthirdpartymediation/arbitrationprogramadministeredby
theCanadianMotorVehicleArbitrationPlan(CAMVAP).
TheCAMVAPprogramisastraight-forwardandrelativelyspeedyalternative
toresolveadisagreementwhenallothereffortstoproduceasettlement
havefailed.Thisprocedureiswithoutcosttoyouandisdesignedto
eliminatetheneedforlengthyandexpensivelegalproceedings.
IntheCAMVAPprogram,impartialthird-partyarbitratorsconduct
hearingsatmutuallyconvenienttimesandplacesinaninformal
environment.Theseimpartialarbitratorsreviewthepositionsofthe
parties,makedecisionsand,whenappropriate,renderawardstoresolve
disputes.CAMVAPdecisionsarefast,fair,andfinalasthearbitrator’s
awardisbindingbothtoyouandFordofCanada.
