TheGPSreceiverusedinthissystemissynchronizedto
thetimedatabeingtransmittedbytheGPSsatellite.The
satellites’clockisGreenwichMeanTime(GMT).Thisis
the worldwide standard for time. This makes the sys-
tem’sclockveryaccurateoncetheappropriatetimezone
anddaylightsavingsinformationisset.
NOTE: To reset the clock, select the appropriate time
zone and press ENTER. The clock will revert to the
accuratetimebasedonthetimezoneyouselected.
