NOTE
Ifthebatteryisdisconnectedorafuseis
replaced,theDSCwillbeinoperable.
Whenthishappens,theTCSOFF
indicatorlightflashesandtheTCS/DSC
indicatorlightilluminates.
ToreactivatetheDSCoperable,dothe
followingprocedurewiththebattery
connected.
Thisindicatorlightstaysonforafew
secondswhentheignitionswitchisturned
totheONposition.
1. TurntheignitionswitchtotheON
position.
ItalsoilluminateswhentheTCSOFF
switchispressedandTCSisswitchedoff.
RefertoTCSOFFSwitchonpage5-24.
Ifthelightremainilluminatedwhenthe
TCSisnotswitchedoff,takeyourvehicle
toanAuthorizedMazdaDealer.The
dynamicstabilitycontrolmayhavea
malfunction.

Turnthesteeringclockwisefully,
thenturnitcounterclockwisefully.
MakesuretheTCSOFFindicator
turnsoff.
TurntheignitionswitchtotheOFF
position,thenturnittotheON
positionagain.

MakesuretheTCS/DSCindicator
lightturnsoff.
IftheTCS/DSCindicatorlightandthe
TCSOFFindicatorlightremain
illuminatedevenafterturningthe
ignitionswitchtotheONposition,
consultanAuthorizedMazdaDealer.
