toprotectthiscoating.

Don'tuseawirebrushoranyabrasive

aluminumwheels.Theymaydamagethe
coating.
Onlyuseamildsoaporneutraldetergent
andalwaysuseaspongeorsoftclothto
cleanthewheels.
Rinsethoroughlywithlukewarmorcold
water.Also,besuretocleanthewheels
afterdrivingondustyorsaltedroads.This
helpspreventcorrosion.
Avoidwashingyourvehicleinanautomatic
carwashthatuseshigh-speedorhard
brushes.

Thoroughlyflushtheunderbodyand
wheelhousingswithlukewarmorcold
waterattheendofeachwinter.Tryalso
todothiseverymonth.
Payspecialattentiontotheseareas
becausetheyeasilyhidemudanddirt.It
willdomoreharmthangoodtowet
downtheroadgrimewithoutremoving
it.

Ifyouraluminumwheelsloseluster,wax

thewheels.
Theloweredgesofdoors,rockerpanels,
andframemembershavedrainholesthat
shouldnotbeclogged.Watertrapped
therewillcauserusting.
WARNING
Drywetbrakesbydrivingveryslowly
andapplyingthebrakeslightlyuntil
brakeperformanceisnormal:
Drivingwithwetbrakesis
dangerous.Increasedstopping
distanceorthevehiclepullingtoone
sidewhenbrakingcouldresultina
seriousaccident.Lightbrakingwill
indicatewhetherthebrakeshave
beenaffected.
