alsopossibleontheft-deterrentsystem-
equippedvehicles.
Thesystemdoesn'toperatewhenthekeyis
intheignitionswitch.
Doorscannotbelockedbypressingthe
lockbuttonwhileanyotherdoorisopen.
Also,thehazardwarninglightswillnot
flash.

Pressthebuttonsslowlyandcarefully.
Ifthetransmitterdoesnotoperatewhen
pressingabuttonortheoperationrange
becomestoosmall,thebatterymaybe
dead.Toinstallanewbattery,referto
Maintenance(page3-24).
