NEUTRAL if the engine speed is higher than idle

the vehicle could accelerate quickly forward or in
reverse.Youcouldlosecontrolofthevehicleandhit
someoneorsomething.Onlyshiftintogearwhenthe
engineisidlingnormallyandwhenyourrightfootis
firmlyonthebrakepedal.
