bulbcomesincontactwithanoilysurface,cleanthe
bulbwithrubbingalcohol.
Atransienthightensionoccursatthebulbsocketsof
HIDheadlampswhentheheadlampswitchisturned
ON.Itmaycauseseriouselectricalshockorelectro-
cution if not serviced properly. See your authorized
dealerforservice.
Low Beam Headlamp, High Beam  Headlamp, and
Park/Turn Lamp – 300C
NOTE:
On vehicles equipped with HID headlamps,
whentheheadlampsareturnedon,thereisabluehueto
thelights.Thisdiminishesandbecomesmorewhiteafter
approximately10seconds,asthesystemcharges.
HighIntensityDischargeHeadlamps(HID)—If
Equipped
Theheadlampsareatypeofhighvoltagedischargetube.
High voltage can remain in the circuit even with the   Backup Lamp, Side Marker Lamp, and Tail/Stop
headlamp switch off and the key removed. Because of   Turn Lamp — 300 Models
