STARTING AND OPERATING
Brake/Transmission Interlock Manual Override
ThereisanoverridefortheBTSIthatallowsyoutomove
the shift lever out of the PARK position if an electrical
systemmalfunctionoccurs(i.e.,deadbattery).Toaccess
theoverride,removetherubbertrayfromthestoragebin
locatedtotherightoftheshiftlever.Theoverrideaccess
portisatthetopofthebintotherightoftheshiftlever
gate.

Turn the ignition switch to the ACC or ON position
(RUN position with Keyless Go™) without starting the
engine.

InterlockManualOverride
MovetheshiftleverintotheNEUTRALposition.
