WARNING:Whenmountingreplacementtiresandwheels,you
shouldnotexceedthemaximumpressureindicatedonthe
sidewallofthetiretosetthebeadswithoutadditionalprecautions
listedbelow.Ifthebeadsdonotseatatthemaximumpressure
indicated,re-lubricateandtryagain.
Wheninflatingthetireformountingpressuresupto20psi(138kPa)
greaterthanthemaximumpressureonthetiresidewall,thefollowing
precautionsmustbetakentoprotectthepersonmountingthetire:

Lubricatethetirebeadandwheelbeadseatareaagain.
Standataminimumof12ft(3.66m)awayfromthetirewheel
assembly.

Foramountingpressuremorethan20psi(138kPa)greaterthanthe
maximumpressure,anauthorizeddealerorothertireservice
professionalshoulddothemounting.
Alwaysinflatesteelcarcasstireswitharemoteairfillwiththeperson
inflatingstandingataminimumof12ft(3.66m)awayfromthetire
wheelassembly.
Important:Remembertoreplacethewheelvalvestemswhentheroad
tiresarereplacedonyourvehicle.
Itisrecommendedthatthetwofronttiresortworeartiresgenerallybe
replacedasapair.
Thetirepressuresensorsmountedinthewheelsarenotdesignedtobe
usedinaftermarketwheels.
TheuseofwheelsortiresnotrecommendedbyFordMotorCompany
mayaffecttheoperationofyourTirePressureMonitoringSystem(if
equipped).
IftheTPMSindicatorisflashing,yourTPMSismalfunctioning.Your
replacementtiremightbeincompatiblewithyourTPMS,orsome
componentoftheTPMSmaybedamaged(ifequipped).
