Theremoteentrysystemactivatestheilluminatedentryfeature.This
featureturnsonthelampsfor25secondsoruntiltheignitionisturned
totheonposition.ThedomelampcontrolmustbesettotheON
positioninorderfortheilluminatedentryfeaturetooperate.
Programmingunlockingmode(ifequipped)
Theunlockingmodeontheremoteentrytransmittercanbe
programmed.Tochangetheunlockingmodefromthesingle-door
unlockingmodetothecentralall-doorunlockingmode:

Withthevehicleintheoffposition,pressthe
remoteentrytransmittersimultaneouslyandholdforfourseconds.
Theturnlampswillilluminatetwicetoindicatethemodechange.

andholdforfoursecondstoswitchbetweenunlockingmodes.

Locking the doors

Press
andreleasetolockalldoors.Note:Theparkinglampswill
illuminate.Ifanydoorortrunkisajar,thelampswillnotilluminate.
Oncethedoorthatwasajarisclosed,thelampswillilluminateto
indicatethatthevehicleislockedandalldoorsareclosed.

Press
andreleaseagainwithinthreesecondstoconfirmalldoors
havelocked.Note:Thehornwillhonkonceandtheturnlampswill
illuminateifalldoorsareclosed.Thehornwillhonktwiceifanydoor
isajar.
Car finder
Press
twicewithinthreeseconds.Thehornwillchirpandtheturn
lampswillflash.Itisrecommendedthatthismethodbeusedtolocate
yourvehicle,ratherthanusingthepanicalarm.
Sounding a panic alarm
Press
toactivatethealarm.Pressagainorturntheignitiontotheon
oraccessorypositiontodeactivate,orwaitforthealarmtotimeoutin
threeminutes.
Note:Thepanicalarmwillonlyoperatewhentheignitionisintheoff
position.
Opening the luggage compartment
Press
oncetoopentheluggagecompartment.Note:Thisfeature
willonlyoperatewiththeignitionintheoffortheaccessoryposition.
