AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
Theloadlevelingfeatureoftheairsuspensionautomaticallykeepsthe
vehicleataconstantlevelifaloadisaddedorremovedfromthevehicle.
Thissystemmaintainsthevehicleheightataconstantlevelby
automaticallyaddingairorreleasingairfromthespringstooffset
changesinvehicleloads.
Wheneveradoorisopened(includingtheliftgate)thesystem
memorizesandmaintainstheheightofthevehicleuntilalldoorsare
closed.
Itisnormaltohearabuzzorclickingfromtheaircompressoronthe
vehiclewhentheignitionisturnedoff.Thesystemstaysenergizedfor40
minutesaftertheignitionisturnedofftocompensateforanyload
changesmadeafterthevehicleisparked.
Theairsuspensionshut-offswitchis
locatedinthecargoareabehindthe
leftrearquartertrimpanel.
Onvehiclesequippedwith
AirSuspension,turnOFF
theAirSuspensionswitchpriorto
jacking,hoistingortowingyour
vehicle.
Normalvehicleoperationdoesnot
requireanyactionbythedriver.
