oilchangestatus(OK,SOON,REQUIRED).Theseconddisplaywill
indicatethepercentageofoilliferemaining.ThedisplayOILTEMP
SIGNALERRORindicatesaproblemwiththesystem.Followingthis
display,contactyourdealerorqualifiedservicetechnicianforsystem
maintenance.

Themessagecentercontrolscanbeoperatedasfollowsduringthe
systemchecksequence:

Presstheresetcontroltoimmediatelyconcludethesystemcheck.
Presstherange,fuelstatusorfueleconomycontroltoconcludethe
systemcheckanddisplaytherequestedfeature.
Pressthemetric/Englishcontroltoconcludethesystemcheckand
changethepreviousdisplaytothenewmode.

begintheoilchangeresetprocedure.
Anoilchangeisrecommendedwheneverindicatedbythemessage
center.Useonlyrecommendedengineoils.
Themessagecenterwilltellyouthepercentofoillifeleftduringsystem
check.Thispercentageisbasedonyourdrivinghistoryandthetime
sinceyourlastoilchange.Inordertoensureaccurateoillifeleft
indications,youshouldonlyperformthefollowingprocedureafteryou
havetheoilchanged.
