(Floor)-Allowsformaximumheatingbydistributingoutsideair
throughthefloorducts.However,theairwillnotbecooledbelowthe
outsidetemperaturebecausetheairconditioningdoesnotoperatein
thismode.

(Flooranddefrost)-Distributesoutsideairthroughthe
windshielddefrosterductsandthefloorducts.Heatingandair
conditioningcapabilitiesareprovidedinthismode.Foradded
customercomfort,whenthetemperaturecontrolknobisanywherein
betweenthefullhotandfullcoldpositions,theairdistributedthrough
thefloorductswillbeslightlywarmerthantheairsenttothe
instrumentpanelregisters.Ifthetemperatureisabout10°C(50°F)or
higher,theairconditionerwillautomaticallydehumidifytheairto
preventfogging.
• Itcanbeusedtocleariceorfogfromthewindshield.Ifthe
temperatureisabout10°C(50°F)orhigher,theairconditionerwill
automaticallydehumidifytheairtopreventfogging.

Operating tips

Inhumidweather,select
beforedriving.Thiswillpreventyour
windshieldfromfogging.Afterafewminutes,selectanydesired
position.

Topreventhumiditybuildupinsidethevehicle,don’tdrivewiththe
climatecontrolsystemintheOFFposition.
Don’tputobjectsunderthefrontseatthatwillinterferewiththe
airflowtothebackseats.
