sor is mounted behind the ATC control panel. These
sensors transm it data on sun strength and vehicle interior
tem peratu res to enhance system perform ance.

AutomaticTemperatureControls
The ATC system can maintain a stead y comfort level in
variou s weather cond itions with a simple two step op-
eration. Press the AUTO button and select you r comfort
setting. The system will autom atically control comfort by
varying tem peratu re, fan speed , and Mod e.
LevelOfAutomaticControl
72°F (22°C) is the recom mend ed setting for maxim um
comfort for the average person, how ever, this may vary.
NOTE: The tem peratu re setting can be adjusted at any
time withou t affecting autom atic control operation.
You also may choose to custom ize you r comfort by
selecting the fan speed and Mod e. This will place the
system into manu al operation
The control also will show what Mod e the system is in by
the figure show n in the display.
NOTE: The Mod e can change when the system is in the
Auto Mod e. This will be ind icated in changes in the
display wind ow. This show s autom atic changes in air
direction.
InteriorATCSensors
There are two interior sensors in the vehicle. The Sun
Sensor is mounted in the center of the instru ment panel
