Reinstall the light hou sing and reconnect the wiring
HeadlightAiming
connector. Push the tru nk liner back into place.
The head lights on you r new vehicle were aimed at the
factory. The factory setting was made at a no load setting.
A great increase in weight will change the aiming and it
may be necessary to read just the head lights if carrying an
excessive amount of weight in the tru nk, rear seats or
pulling a trailer. To read just the head lights first mark the
position of the head lights on a wall prior to load ing the
vehicle. Load the vehicle and then read just the head lights
to the original position. If any further adjustm ents are
necessary contact you r manu factu rer’s dealer. A detailed
service proced ure is contained in the manu factu rer’s
Service Manu al. Inform ation on purchasing a Service
Manu al can be found at the back of this Owner’s Manu al.

Locate both small slots on the outboard side of the
license lamp. Using a small screw driver, rem ove the
entire hou sing.
2.
Turn the bulb socket counterclockw ise to rem ove it
from the hou sing. Pull the bulb out of the socket. Replace
the bulb and snap it back into place on the hou sing of the
chrom e appliqu é.
