Using a currently program med transm itter, press the
GeneralInformation
Unlock button on the transm itter. Continu e to hold the
Unlock button, wait at least 4 but no longer than 10
second s, then press and hold the Panic button for at least
one second . Release both buttons simultaneou sly. You
will hear a chim e to signal that you can proceed with
program ming the new transm itter.
This transm itter complies with FCC rules part 15 and
with RS-210 of Ind ustry Canad a. Operation is subject to
the follow ing two cond itions:
1.
This device may not cause harm ful interference
2. This device must accep t any interference that may be
received , inclu ding interference that may cause und es-
ired operation
3.
Press and release the Lock and Unlock buttons simul-
taneou sly, follow ed by a press and release of ANYbutton
on each new transm itter to be program med as well as the
original transm itter. You will hear a chim e when a
transm itter has been successfu lly program med. You will
have 30 second s to finish program ming all new transm it-
ters. A chim e will sou nd when the 30 second s is over or
the ignition switch is turned to the LOCK position.
If you r Remote Lock Control fails to operate from a
norm al distance, check for these two cond itions:
1.
Weak batteries in transm itter. The expected life of
batteries is from one to two years
2. Closeness to a rad io transm itter such as a rad io station
tow er, airp ort transm itter, and som e mobile or CB rad ios.
