UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR  VEHICLE
TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE HOOD
Toopenthehood,twolatchesmustbereleased.
1.
Pullthehoodreleaseleverlocatedundertheleftside
oftheinstrumentpanel.
HoodSafetyCatch
Use the hood prop rod to secure the hood in the open
position.Placetheupperendoftheproprodinthehole
ontheleftundersideofthehood.
HoodReleaseLever
Then lift the secondary latch located under the front
edgeofthehood,nearthecenterandraisethehood.
