This is the normal operating mode for ESC. Whenever
thevehicleisstartedtheESCsystemwillbeinthismode.
This mode should be used for almost all driving situa-
tions. ESC should only be turned to “Partial Off” for
specificreasonsasnotedbelow.
WARNING!
InthePartialESCmode,theenginetorquereduction
andstabilityfeaturesaredesensitized.Therefore,the
enhancedvehiclestabilityofferedbyESCisunavail-
able.
PartialESCMode
Thismodeisenteredbymomentarilypressingthe“ESC
Off”switch(locatedinthelowerswitchbankbelowthe
heater/airconditioningcontrols).Whenin“PartialOff”
mode,theTCSportionofESC,exceptforthelimitedslip
