battery,lettheengineidleafewminutes,andthenstart
theengineinthevehiclewiththedischargedbattery.
CAUTION!
Oncetheengineisstarted,removethejumpercablesin
thereversesequence:
Accessories that can be plugged into the vehicle
poweroutletsdrawpowerfromthevehicle’sbattery,
even when not in use (i.e., cellular phones, etc.).
Eventually, if plugged in long enough, the vehicle’s
batterywilldischargesufficientlytodegradebattery
lifeand/orpreventtheenginefromstarting.
