Squeezetheretainerspring
togetherreleasingitfrombulb
hooksandrotateitawayfrom
thebulb.
Withoutturning,carefullypull
bulboutofheadlampassembly.
Handleahalogenheadlampbulb
carefullyandkeepoutof
children’sreach.Graspthebulb
onlybyitsplasticbaseanddo
nottouchtheglass.Theoilfrom
yourhandscouldcausethebulb
tobreakthenexttimethe
headlampsareoperated.
NOTE:Ifthebulbisaccidentallytouched,itshouldbecleanedwith
rubbingalcoholbeforebeingused.

Inserttheglassendofthenewbulbintotheheadlampassembly.
Whenthebulb’sthreemetaltabsarealignedwiththegroovesinthe
plasticbase,pushthebulbintothelampassemblyuntilthebulb’s
metalbasecontactstherearofthelampassembly.
8.
Rotatetheretainerspringoverthebulbplasticbaseandsecureiton
thebulbhooks.
