Ifthesafetyseatisnotanchoredproperly,theriskofachild
beinginjuredinacollisiongreatlyincreases.
TetherstrapattachmentrearSuperCabonly
Therearethreeloopsofwebbingjustabovethebackoftherearseat
(alongthebottomedgeoftherearwindow)intheSuperCab.These
loopsaretobeusedasbothroutingloopsandanchorloopsforchild
safetyseattetherstraps.Forexample,thecenterloopcanbeusedasa
routingloopforachildsafetyseatinthecenterrearseatandasan
anchoringloopforchildseatsinstalledintheoutboardrearseats.
Manytetherstrapscannotbetightenedifthetetherstrapishookedto
theloopdirectlybehindthechildseat.Toprovideatighttetherstrap:
1.
Routethetetherstrapthrough
theloopdirectlybehindthechild
seat.
2.
Attachthestraphookontothe
loopbehindanadjacentseating
position.
