Tires, Wheels and Loading
Whenyourtemporarysparetireisinstalled(ifequipped)
Whenoneofyourroadtiresneedstobereplacedwiththetemporary
spare(T-typespare/MinispareorDissimilarspare),theTPMSsystem
willcontinuetoidentifyanissuetoremindyouthatthedamagedroad
wheel/tireneedstoberepairedandputbackonyourvehicle.Duringthis
time,thelowtirewarninglightcanperiodicallyreturnorstayon,
dependingonthestateofthedamagedroadwheel/tire.Thiswillinclude
messagesfromthemessagecenter(ifequipped).
TorestorethefullfunctionalityoftheTirePressureMonitoringSystem,
havethedamagedroadwheel/tirerepairedandremountedonyour
vehicle.Foradditionalinformation,refertoChangingtireswithTPMS
inthissection.
