(low-glossblack)coloredtrim,suchasgraineddoorhandles,roof
racks,bumpers,sidemoldings,mirrorhousingsorthewindshieldcowl
area.Thepaintsealantwill“gray”orstainthepartsovertime.
PAINT CHIPS
Yourauthorizeddealerhastouch-uppaintandspraystomatchyour
vehicle’scolor.Takeyourcolorcode(printedonastickerinthedriver’s
doorjamb)toyourauthorizeddealertoensureyougetthecorrectcolor.

Removeparticlessuchasbirddroppings,treesap,insectdeposits,tar
spots,roadsaltandindustrialfalloutbeforerepairingpaintchips.

Alwaysreadtheinstructionsbeforeusingtheproducts.

Someautomaticcarwashesmaycausedamagetothefinishonyour
wheelrimsorcovers.Chemical-strengthcleaners,orcleaning
chemicals,incombinationwithbrushagitationtoremovebrakedust
anddirt,couldwearawaytheclearcoatfinishovertime.

Donotusehydrofluoricacid-basedorhighcaustic-basedwheel
cleaners,steelwool,fuelsorstronghouseholddetergent.
Toremovetarandgrease,useMotorcraftBugandTarRemover
