High-beambulb
Thebulbsmustbereplacedatan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer.

Turnthesocketandbulbassembly
counterclockwiseandremoveit.
Carefullyremovetheheadlightbulb
fromitssocketinthereflectorby
gentlypullingitstraightbackwardout
ofthesocket.
(Halogenbulbs)

Detachtheelectricalconnectorfrom
thesealingcoverbypullingittothe
rear.
2.
Disconnectthebulbfromtheelectrical
connectorbypressingthetabonthe
connectorwithyourfingerandpulling
thebulbupward.

Detachthesealingcoverfromthebulb.
Unhookthebulbretainingspring.

Installthenewbulbinthereverseorder
ofremoval.
NOTE
Ifthehalogenbulbisaccidentally
touched,itshouldbecleanedwith
rubbingalcoholbeforebeingused.

Usetheprotectivecoverandcarton
ofthereplacementbulbtodisposeof
theoldbulbpromptlyoutofthe
reachofchildren.
l

Swingtheretainingspringoutand
awaytofreetheheadlightbulb.
Carefullyremovetheheadlightbulb
fromthesocketbypullingitstraight
back.
Low-beambulb
(Xenonfusionbulb)
6.
Replacethebulb.
Youcannotreplacethelowbeambulbsby
yourself.
7. Installthenewbulbinthereverseorder
ofremoval.
