followingoperationswhiletheadvancedkeyisbeingcarried(page3-7).
Locking/unlockingthedoors,andopeningthetrunklid,withoutoperatingthekey.

Startingtheenginewithoutoperatingthekey.

Theadvancedkeyenablesadditionalfunctionsotherthanthosewiththeadvancedkeyless
functions(page3-14).
Thefollowingoperationsarepossibleusingthekeylessentrysystemfromadistance

(Lock/Unlock/Trunk/Panicbutton):
Locking/unlockingthedoors.
l
Openingthetrunklid.
l
Turningonthealarm.
l
Locking/unlockingthedoors,openingthetrunklid,orstartingtheengineusingthe

auxiliarykey.
WARNING
Donotleavethekeysinyourvehiclewithchildrenandkeeptheminaplacewhere
yourchildrenwillnotfindorplaywiththem:
Leavingchildreninavehiclewiththekeyisdangerous.Thiscouldresultinsomeone
beingbadlyinjuredorevenkilled.Thesenewkindsofkeysarefascinatingto
children.Theycouldplaywithpowerwindowsorothercontrols,orevenmakethe
vehiclemove.
Radiowavesfromtheadvancedkeymayaffectmedicalequipmentsuchas
pacemakers:
Beforeusingtheadvancedkeynearpeoplewhousemedicalequipment,askthe
medicalequipmentmanufactureroryourphysicianifradiowavesfromtheadvanced
keywillaffecttheequipment.

Thedrivermustcarrytheadvancedkeytoensurethesystemfunctionsproperly.
