Arming
ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15ofthe
FCCRules.Operationissubjecttothe
followingtwoconditions:(1)thisdevice
maynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)
thisdevicemustacceptanyinterference
received,includinginterferencethatmay
causeundesiredoperation.
Thesystemisarmedwhentheignition
switchisturnedfromtheONtotheACC
orLOCKposition.
Thesecurityindicatorlightinthe
instrumentclusterflasheseverytwo
secondsuntilthesystemisdisarmed.

Thesecurityindicatorlightilluminatesfor
aboutthreesecondsandgoesout.
Forthisreason,andtoassureyoursafety,
obtainingareplacementkeyrequiressome
waitingtime.Theyareonlyavailable
throughanAuthorizedMazdaDealer.
Alwayskeepasparekey,incaseoneislost.

Ifakeyislost,contactanAuthorized
MazdaDealerassoonaspossible.
Ifyouloseakey,anAuthorizedMazda
Dealerwillresettheelectroniccodesof
yourremainingkeysandimmobilizer
system.Bringalltheremainingkeystoan
AuthorizedMazdaDealertoreset.
Startingthevehiclewithakeythathasnot
beenresetisnotpossible.
Iftheenginedoesnotstartwiththe
correctignitionkey,andthesecurity
indicatorlightkeepsilluminatingor
flashing,thesystemmayhavea
