yourAuthorizedMazdaDealer.
Thisextenderwillbeonlyforyouandfor
theparticularvehicleandseat.Evenifit
plugsintootherseatbelts,itmaynothold
inthecriticalmomentofacrash.
Whenorderinganextender,onlyorder
onethatprovidesthenecessaryadditional
lengthtofastentheseatbeltproperly.

Dealerformoreinformation.
Usingaseatbeltextenderwhennot
necessaryisdangerous.Theseatbelt
willbetoolongandnotfitproperly.
Inanaccident,theseatbeltwillnot
provideadequateprotectionandyou
couldbeseriouslyinjured.Onlyuse
theextenderwhenitisrequiredto
fastentheseatbeltproperly.
Donotuseanimproperextender:
Usingaseatbeltextenderthatisfor
anotherpersonoradifferentvehicle
orseatisdangerous.Theseatbelt
willnotprovideadequateprotection
andtheusercouldbeseriously
injuredinanaccident.Onlyusethe
extenderprovidedforyouandforthe
particularvehicleandseat.NEVER
usetheextenderinadifferentvehicle
orseat.IfyousellyourMazda,do
notleaveyourseatbeltextenderin
thevehicle.Itcouldbeused
accidentallybythenewownerofthe
vehicle.Afterremovingtheseatbelt
extender,discardit.Neverusethe
seatbeltextenderinanyother
vehicleyoumayowninthefuture.
Donotuseanextenderthatistoo
long:
Usinganextenderthatistoolongis
dangerous.Theseatbeltwillnotfit
properly.Inanaccident,theseatbelt
willnotprovideadequateprotection
andyoucouldbeseriouslyinjured.
Donotusetheextenderorchoose
oneshorterinlengthifthedistance
betweentheextender'sbuckleand
thecenteroftheuser'sbodyisless
than15cm(6in).
