Removethecoverandraisethewiper
arm.
CAUTION
ØDon'tbendordiscardthe
stiffeners.Youneedtousethem
again.
ØIfthemetalstiffenersare
switched,theblade'swiping
efficiencycouldbereduced.
Sodon'tusethedriver'ssidemetal
stiffenersonthepassenger'sside,
orviceversa.
ØBesuretoreinstallthemetal
stiffenersinthenewbladerubber
sothatthecurveisthesameasit
wasintheoldbladerubber.
2.
Firmlyrotatethewiperbladetothe
rightuntilitunlocks,thenremovethe
blade.
7.
Carefullyinsertthenewbladerubber.
Theninstallthebladeassemblyinthe
reverseorderofremoval.
CAUTION
qReplacingRearWindowWiper
Blade
Topreventdamagetotherear
windowletthewiperarmdown
easily,don'tletitslapdownonthe
rearwindow.
Whenthewipernolongercleanswell,the
bladeisprobablywornorcracked.
Replaceit.
CAUTION
Topreventdamagetothewiperarm
andothercomponents,don'ttryto
sweepthewiperarmbyhand.
