unlockedtoreleasethedeckbeforeitis
raisedmanually.Becausethedeckisheavy,
twoadultsarerequiredtoraiseit.
Thefollowingdescribestheprocedurefor

thegearunitononeside.Performthe
procedureonbothsides.

InserttheAllenwrenchintotheAllen
socketintheboltheadthatispointed
forwardofthegearunitlocatedunder
thedecklidasshowninthefigure.

DisconnecttheeyeboltfromtheAllen
wrenchleavingtheAllenwrenchin
place,andinsertthethreadedendof
theeyeboltintheholedirectlyabove
theAllensocketandtightenit

Removethebolt,whichisloosened
usingtheAllenwrench,byturningit
counterclockwise.
