pressingdownorkneelingon
thechildrestraintwhilepulling
upontheshoulderbeltinorder
toforceslackfromthebelt.
Thisisnecessarytoremovethe
remainingslackthatwillexist
oncetheadditionalweightof
thechildisaddedtothechild
restraint.Italsohelpstoachievethepropersnugnessofthechild
seattothevehicle.Sometimes,aslightleantowardsthebucklewill
additionallyhelptoremoveremainingslackfromthebelt
