Vehiclesequippedwiththe
SecuriLock™PassiveAnti-theft
systembehaveasfollows:

Whentheignitionisintheoff
position,theindicatorwillflashonceeverytwosecondsforatotalof

secondstoindicatetheSecuriLock™systemisfunctioningasa
theftdeterrent.

Whentheignitionisintheonposition,theindicatorwillglowfor
threesecondstoindicateaprogrammedkeyhasbeenvalidatedand
theSecuriLock™PassiveAnti-theftsystemhasenabledtheengine.
VehicleswithouttheSecuriLock™PassiveAnti-theftsystembehaveas
follows:

Whentheignitionisintheoffposition,theindicatorwillnotflash.
Whentheignitionisintheonposition,theindicatorwillglowfor
threesecondstoindicatetheengineisenabled.

Replacement keys
Ifyourkeysarelostorstolenandyoudon’thaveanextracodedkey,
youwillneedtohaveyourvehicletowedtoanauthorizeddealer.The
keycodesneedtobeerasedfromyourvehicleandnewcodedkeyswill
needtobeprogrammed.
Replacingcodedkeyscanbeverycostly.Storeanextraprogrammedkey
awayfromthevehicleinasafeplacetohelppreventany
inconveniences.Pleasevisitanauthorizeddealertopurchaseadditional
spareorreplacementkeys.

Youcanprogramyourowncodedkeystoyourvehicle.Pleasereadand
understandtheentireprocedurebeforeyoubegin.
