approximatelythreehoursofoperation.Blockheateroperationlonger
thanthreehourswillnotimprovesystemperformanceandwill
unnecessarilyuseadditionalelectricity.
Makesuresystemisunpluggedandproperlystowedbeforedrivingthe
vehicle.Whilenotinuse,makesuretheprotectivecoversealsthe
prongsoftheengineblockheatercordplug.

Occasionalbrakenoiseisnormal.Ifametal-to-metal,continuousgrinding
orcontinuoussquealsoundispresent,thebrakeliningsmaybeworn-out
andshouldbeinspectedbyanauthorizeddealer.Ifthevehiclehas

observedduringABSbrakingeventsandthebrakepedalmaysuddenly
travelalittlefartherassoonasABSbrakingisdoneandnormalbrake
operationresumes.Pedalpulsationcoupledwithnoisewhilebraking
underpanicconditionsoronloosegravel,bumps,wetorsnowyroadsis
normalandindicatesproperfunctioningofthevehicle’santi-lockbrake
system.
