determinefueleconomy:
Multiplylitersusedby100,thendividebytotal
kilometerstraveled.
Dividetotalmilestraveledbytotalgallons
used.
Keeparecordforatleastonemonthandrecordthe
typeofdriving(cityorhighway).Thiswillprovide
anaccurateestimateofthevehicle’sfueleconomy
undercurrentdrivingconditions.Additionally,
keepingrecordsduringsummerandwinterwillshow
howtemperatureimpactsfueleconomy.Ingeneral,
lowertemperaturesgivelowerfueleconomy.
