meetsonceamonth,itmaytakemorethanamonth
beforetheBoardcanconsidersomecases.
Afteracaseisreviewed,theBoardmailsyoua
decisionletterandaformonwhichtoacceptor
rejecttheBoard’sdecision.Thedecisionsofthe
BoardarebindingonFord(and,insomecases,on
thedealer)butnotonconsumerswhoarefreeto
pursueotherremediesavailabletothemunderstate
orfederallaw.
