Toinstallthenewbulb:

Handleahalogenheadlampbulbcarefullyandkeepoutof

children’sreach.Graspthebulbonlybyitsplasticbaseanddo

nottouchtheglass.Theoilfromyourhandcouldcausethebulbto

breakthenexttimetheheadlampsareoperated.

Installthenewbulbinlampassemblybypushingstraightinwiththe

flatsurfaceofthebulb’splasticbasefacingupward.Youmayneedto

turnthebulbslightlytoalignthegroovesintheplasticbasewiththe

tabsinthelampassembly.

Installthebulbretainingringovertheplasticbaseandlockthering

byrotatingclockwiseuntilitsnapsintoplace.

Connecttheelectricalconnectortothebulb.

Installtheprotectivedustshieldandlocktheshieldbyrotatingit

clockwiseuntilitlocksintoposition.

Carefullypositiontheheadlampassemblyontothevehicle.

Holdtheheadlampassemblysnuglyagainstthevehicleandinstallthe

retainerpinsstraightdowntolockthelampintoplace.

Beforereinstallingthebolt,makesuretheretainerpinsarefully

seated,andinstallboltonheadlamphousing.

headlampwascorrectlyalignedbeforeyouchangedthebulb,youshould

notneedtoalignitagain.

Turntheheadlampsonandmakesuretheyworkproperly.Ifthe
