Whenchangingtheairfilterelement,useonlytheMotorcraftairfilter
elementlisted.RefertoMotorcraftPartNumbers.
Note:Donotstartyourenginewiththeaircleanerremovedanddonot
removeitwhiletheengineisrunning.

Loosentheclampthatsecurestheairinlettubetotheengineairfilter
coveranddisconnectthetubefromthecover(forV6only).
2.
Releasetheclampsthatsecuretheairfilterhousingcover.
