headlampsareoperated.
Note:Thebulb’smetalbasegetsveryhotduringheadlampoperation.
Besurethebulbbaseiscoolbeforehandling.
Ifthebulbisaccidentallytouched,itshouldbecleanedwithrubbing
alcoholbeforebeingused.

Inserttheglassendofthenewbulbintotheheadlampassembly.
Whenthebulb’sthreemetaltabsarealignedwiththegroovesinthe
plasticbase,pushthebulbintothelampassemblyuntilthebulb’ smetal
basecontactstheplasticbase.
8.
Rotatetheretainerspringoverthebulbmetalbaseandsecureiton
thebulbhooks.
9.
aroundtheperimeterofthebootandaroundthebulbtoensurethe
propersealofthebulb.
Installrubberbootonthelampassembly.Besuretopressfirmly

Connecttheelectricalconnectorintotherearofthebulbuntilit
