airflowselectorintheOFForMAXA/Cposition.
Undernormalweatherconditions,donotleavetheairflowselectorin
MAXA/CorOFFwhenthevehicleisparked.Thisallowsthevehicle
to“breathe”usingtheoutsideairinletvents.

Donotputobjectsunderthefrontseatsthatwillinterferewiththe
airflowtothebackseats.
Removeanysnow,iceorleavesfromtheairintakeareaatthebaseof
thewindshield.

Modulatethetemperaturecontroltomaintaincomfort.
Setthefanspeedto4.
Directtheouterinstrumentpanelventstowardsthesidewindows.
Toincreaseairflowtotheouterinstrumentpanelvents,closethevents
locatedinthemiddleoftheinstrumentpanel.
Donotplaceobjectsontopoftheinstrumentpanelasthese
objectsmaybecomeprojectilesinacollisionorsuddenstop.
REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER
Thereardefrosterisonthe
instrumentpanel.Presstoclearthe
rearwindowofthiniceandfog.The
smallLEDwillilluminatewhen
activated.
EnsurethattheignitionisONtooperatetherearwindowdefroster.
Thedefrosterturnsoffautomaticallyafter15minutesorwhenthe
ignitionisturnedtotheOFFposition.Tomanuallyturnoffthedefroster
before15minuteshavepassed,pushthecontrolagain.
