latchedinP(Park).TurntheignitiontotheLOCKpositionand
removethekeywheneveryouleaveyourvehicle.
R(Reverse)
WiththegearshiftleverinR(Reverse),thevehiclewillmovebackward.
AlwayscometoacompletestopbeforeshiftingintoandoutofR
(Reverse).
N(Neutral)
WiththegearshiftleverinN(Neutral),thevehiclecanbestartedandis
freetoroll.Holdthebrakepedaldownwhileinthisposition.
(Overdrive)
Thenormaldrivingpositionforthe
bestfueleconomy.Transmission
operatesingearsonethroughfour.
(Overdrive)canbedeactivated
bypressingthetransmissioncontrol
switchontheendofthegearshift
lever.
OVERDRIVE OFF
Thistransmissioncontrolindicator
light(TCIL)willilluminateonthe
endofthegearshift.
