secondkeywithyouinasafeplaceincaseyourequireitinan
emergency.
Yourkeysareprogrammedtoyourvehicle;usinganon-programmedkey
willnotpermityourvehicletostart.Ifyouloseyourdealersupplied
keys,replacementkeysareavailablethroughyourauthorizeddealer.

Thisfeaturepreventsyoufromlockingyourselfoutofthevehicleifyour
keyisstillintheignition.
Whenyouopenthedriver’sdoorandyoulockthevehiclewiththe
powerdoorlockcontrol,allthedoorswilllock,thenthedriver’ sdoor
willautomaticallyunlockremindingyouthatyourkeyisstillinthe
ignition.
Thevehiclecanstillbelocked,withthekeyintheignition,usingthe
manuallockbuttononthedoor,lockingthedriver’sdoorwithakey,by
simultaneouslypressingbutton7•8andthe9•0controlsonthe
remoteentrykeypad(ifequipped),orusingthelockbuttononthe
remoteentrytransmitter(ifequipped).
