Thecompassreadingmaybeaffectedwhenyoudrivenearlarge
buildings,bridges,powerlinesandpowerfulbroadcastantennas.
Magneticormetallicobjectsplacedinoronthevehiclemayalsoaffect
compassaccuracy.Adjustmentsmayneedtobemadetothezoneand
calibrationofthecompass.

Releasebothcontrols.
Subsequentpressingofeithercontrolwillincrementthezone.Pressthe
controlrepeatedlyuntilthecorrectzonesettingforyourgeographic
locationisdisplayedonthetripcomputer.

Toexitthezonesettingmodeandsavethedisplayedzoneinmemory,
releasebothcontrolsforgreaterthanfiveseconds.
Compasscalibrationadjustment
Performthisadjustmentinanopenareafreefromsteelstructuresand
highvoltagelines.
Foroptimumcalibration,turnoffallelectricalaccessories(heater/air
conditioning,wipers,etc.)andmakesureallvehicledoorsareshut.
