HOMELINKா WIRELESS CONTROL SYSTEM  WITH TRAVELNOTEா

TheHomeLink௡WirelessControlSystem,locatedonthedriver’ svisor,
providesaconvenientwaytoreplaceuptothreehand-heldtransmitters
withasinglebuilt-indevice.Thisfeaturewilllearntheradiofrequency
codesofmosttransmitterstooperategaragedoors,entrygateoperators,
securitysystems,entrydoorlocks,andhomeorofficelighting.
WhenprogrammingyourHomeLink௡WirelessControlSystemto
agaragedoororgate,besurethatpeopleandobjectsareoutof
thewaytopreventpotentialharmordamage.
DonotusetheHomeLink௡WirelessControlSystemwithanygarage
dooropenerthatlackssafetystopandreversefeaturesasrequiredby
U.S.federalsafetystandards(thisincludesanygaragedooropener
modelmanufacturedbeforeApril1,1982).Agaragedoorwhichcannot
detectanobject,signalingthedoortostopandreverse,doesnotmeet

DonotprogramHomeLink௡withthevehicleparkedinthegarage.
Note:Yourvehiclemayrequiretheignitionswitchtobeturnedtothe
ACCpositionforprogrammingand/oroperationoftheHomeLink௡.Itis
alsorecommendedthatanewbatterybeplacedinthehand-held
transmitterofthedevicebeingprogrammedtoHomeLink௡forquicker
trainingandaccuratetransmissionoftheradio-frequencysignal.
