YourcompletesatisfactionisthegoalofMazdaCanadaInc.andour
dealers.Mazda’sparticipationinCAMVAPmakesavaluablecontribution
toourachievingthatgoal.ThereisnochargeforusingCAMVAP.
CAMVAPresultsarefast,fairandfinalastheawardisbindingonboth
youandMazdaCanadaInc.
CANADIAN MOTOR VEHICLE ARBITRATION PLAN (CAMVAP)
Ifaspecificitemofconcernarises,whereasolutioncannotbereached
betweenanowner,Mazda,and/oroneofit’sdealers(thatallparties
cannotagreeupon),theownermaywishtousetheservicesofferedby
theCanadianMotorVehicleArbitrationPlan(CAMVAP).
CAMVAPusestheservicesofProvincialAdministratorstoassist
consumersinschedulingandpreparingfortheirarbitrationhearings.
However,beforeyoucanproceedwithCAMVAPyoumustfollowyour
Mazdadisputeresolutionprocessasoutlinedpreviously.
CAMVAPisfullyimplementedinallprovincesandterritories.Consumers
wishingtoobtainfurtherinformationabouttheProgramcanobtainan
informationbookletfromtheirdealer,theProvincialAdministratorofthe
